For over a decade, I've been dedicated to holistic wellness in many of its aspects. In January 2024, I met the wonderful people of Stay in Touch and it completely transformed my life. This led me to fully embrace the practice of Lomilomi, a traditional Hawaiian massage technique, which I'm now passionate about offering to others.
